Job Summary
- Answers phone calls in Spanish and English language
- Assists Paralegals, Attorneys and Firm Administrator
- Prepares legal papers and correspondence, such as Trail Date Notices and payment reminders to clients.
General Accountabilities
- Processes legal documents and papers, such as summonses, trial date letters and general correspondence.
- Mails or faxes legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials.
- Receives and places phone calls in Spanish and English.
- Organizes and maintains law libraries, documents, and case files.
- Schedules and makes appointments.
- Makes photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter.
- Assists attorneys in collecting information.
- Drafts and types office memos.
- Assists Paralegals and Firm Administrator with daily tasks.

Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No Experience Necessary
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)
