Requirements
Occupational Therapist, Acute Experience: 1 year Licenses: OT-OR Certifications: OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy; BLS-AHA AND Occupational Therapist, Outpatient SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year extensive outpatient experience and also experience in an outpatient setting
