A nonprofit health organization located in Kansas City, KS is currently seeking a Community Health Worker to join their team!Check out the details below: Title: Community Health Worker Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Primary Care Home Health Location: Kansas City, KS Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Pay: $17 - $26.35/hr based on experience The Community Health Worker will be responsible for but not limited to: assist individuals and families in enrolling in public benefits such as Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act(ACA) marketplace, connecting them to critical resources, and providing financial literacy education. Community Health worker act as an advocate for the patient, acting a go-between between our providers and patients.
