We’re seeking a Family Therapist to join our growing team. This position will begin as part-time with the expectation of transitioning into full-time as our clinic grows. Your Role Provide group, and family therapy to adolescents and their families. Use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution‑Focused Therapy. Facilitate meaningful family sessions to improve communication and connection. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care. Provide psychoeducation to parents and guardians to empower them as partners in healing. Compensation Hourly Rate: $25 – $40.50 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications Unlicensed Therapist: $25-35 hourly Licensed Therapist: $31.25-40.50 hourly Schedule Up to 20 hours a week. Must be available to provide the below support. Schedule can be somewhat flexible. Family Support Group: Currently Monday 4:30 pm -5:30 pm Family Workshop: One Thursday -Friday a month 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Current Florida license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW preferred. Otherwise must be license eligible. Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing family therapy, with adolescents. Group experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention abilities. Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems.
