What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate with team members to deliver safe, efficient care
- Document accurately and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and standards
- Adapt care to meet the individual needs of each patient
- Support patient education and discharge planning as appropriate
What You Need
Required:
- Current Louisiana RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Experience working in a hospital emergency department
