Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Credit Card Products Technology Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume executive support, calendar and travel management, and Microsoft Office and a proven ability to manage competing priorities, safeguard confidential information, and deliver accurate materials under tight timelines. Responsibilities: Schedule meetings and manage complex daily calendars. Assemble PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials. Prepare the executive for each day's meetings, including materials and briefings. Assist in prioritizing meeting requests and managing time conflicts. Arrange travel plans and itineraries. Process expenses in Concur. Plan, schedule, and coordinate team meetings and events. Manage access requests and input visitors into the visitor access system. Coordinate with other administrators to maintain supply levels and place orders. Provide coverage for other senior leaders as needed. Work resourcefully and independently to resolve issues and find answers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Office suite. Strong organization, time management, discretion, and confidentiality. High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. Adaptability to frequent and fast changes. Superior interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Bank of America systems: Concur, Teams, GEP Smart, corporate travel, MyFacility, Guardian, Workday, and Outlook. Role Logistics & Interview Process: Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite weekly. Onsite from day 1. Target start month: July. Interview process: 1-2 rounds, video required.
