We are currently seeking LPNs for facility staffing opportunities in Dover and Exeter, New Hampshire . What You’ll Do Provide skilled nursing care to patients and residents in a facility setting Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within your scope of practice Monitor patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate members of the care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist with assessments and contribute to individualized plans of care Communicate effectively with RNs, LNAs, providers, patients, residents, and families Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards What We’re Looking For Active New Hampshire LPN license Previous facility, long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly to different facility environments Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the broader care team Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
