What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to patients and residents Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition to the appropriate nurse Assist with meals and other daily care needs Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Communicate respectfully with patients, residents, families, and members of the healthcare team Follow facility policies, procedures, and care plans Promote patient dignity, comfort, and independence What We’re Looking For Active New Hampshire LNA license Previous healthcare, long‑term care, or facility experience preferred Reliable and dependable work ethic Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to different facility environments Compassionate and professional approach to patient care Comfortable working independently while being part of a larger care team Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
