Job Summary Cyphium AI is hiring a Sales Development Representative to help us find and connect with business owners who may need assistance with their website, advertising, lead generation, CRM, or AI automation. This role will focus on outbound sales activity, including researching local businesses, reaching out through phone, email, LinkedIn, and direct messages, starting conversations, following up with prospects, and booking qualified meetings. The right person for this role is confident, coachable, organized, and willing to put in consistent effort. You do not need to be an expert in AI or marketing on day one, but you should be interested in business, sales, technology, and helping companies grow. This is a performance-based sales opportunity with commission and bonus potential. The role has room to grow as Cyphium AI continues expanding its client base and service offerings. Responsibilities Research and identify potential business clients Reach out to business owners through calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging Start conversations and qualify potential opportunities Book meetings with interested prospects Follow up consistently with leads Keep notes and activity organized in the CRM Learn Cyphium AI’s services and communicate them clearly Help improve outreach messaging based on prospect feedback Qualifications Strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with business owners Motivated, coachable, and self-driven Organized and consistent with follow-up Interest in sales, marketing, websites, AI, or business growth Ability to work independently and hit activity goals Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, business development, or outbound outreach is strongly preferred Compensation This is a performance-based sales role with commission and bonus potential. Estimated first-year earnings range from $40,000–$85,000+ based on performance , including commission and bonus opportunities.
