Position: Junior Affiliate Manager The Junior Affiliate Manager is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting and developing relationships with affiliate partners. The successful candidate will help onboard affiliates, monitor campaigns, communicate new opportunities, and improve performance. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, organized, comfortable working with data, and interested in building a career in affiliate and performance marketing. Job Description and Responsibilities Assist with recruiting and onboarding new affiliate partners. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with affiliates. Introduce affiliates to suitable campaigns based on their traffic, audience, verticals, and geographic markets. Communicate new offers, promotions, payout changes, and campaign updates. Monitor campaign performance, including clicks, conversions, revenue, profit, EPC, and conversion rates. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Identify underperforming campaigns and work with the team and affiliates to improve results. Encourage existing affiliates to test new offers and increase their traffic volume. Respond to affiliate questions and provide timely, professional support. Collect information about traffic sources, promotional methods, target countries, and expected volumes. Coordinate with the advertiser, sales, compliance, finance, and technical teams. Ensure affiliates follow company policies, campaign restrictions, and advertiser requirements. Help identify suspicious traffic, compliance issues, or unusual performance patterns. Keep affiliate profiles, campaign details, and communication records accurate and updated. Research new affiliates, traffic sources, verticals, and business opportunities. Represent ProfityAds professionally in calls, online meetings, industry groups, conferences, and other business communications. Contribute ideas to improve affiliate onboarding, partner engagement, internal processes, and overall results. Qualifications Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or performance marketing. Ability to support affiliate recruitment, engagement, and performance tracking. Strong account-management and relationship-building skills. Clear and professional written and verbal communication. Basic understanding of online marketing, sales, conversion goals, and customer acquisition. Good analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and performance data. Proficiency with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with an international team. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. Previous experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising is an advantage. Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting dashboards is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
