HR Generalist

Owning the HRIS and systems, the full-time Senior People Operations Generalist will manage HiBob, oversee the people inbox, handle specialty projects, and build people data reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and optimize the HiBob HRIS, including data integrations and workflows Manage the general people inbox, triaging inquiries and ensuring positive experiences Develop and maintain the people metrics dashboard for leadership reporting Required qualifications 4+ years in People/HR operations, preferably in a startup or fast-scaling environment Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining an HRIS, with HiBob experience preferred Proficiency in managing data integrations and ensuring data flow accuracy Strong capability in people data analysis and reporting for leadership use Fluency with AI tools and practical examples of their application in work processes
