Job Description

Construction Estimator / Building Materials Estimator

5+ years of construction estimating experience
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
Extensive experience preparing accurate material takeoffs and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, STACK, Autodesk Takeoff, or similar
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A stable employment history with a demonstrated commitment to long-term career growth
High professional integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
