Digital Sales Specialist

To enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue, the full-time Digital Sales Specialist will respond to inquiries, engage potential customers, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely on a Central Time schedule. Key responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through digital channels, providing accurate information Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them through the purchase process Document customer interactions in the CRM system and identify trends to improve services Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a digital environment Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
