Job Full Description Counter Sales Associate Needed! A growing building materials supplier in Haltom City is looking to add a Counter Sales Associate to their team! Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible Schedule Available) Lunch: 1-Hour Lunch Break Pay: $21.00-$23.00/hr DOE Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with purchasing and picking up merchandise
- Process and accurately fill sales orders
- Verify pick ticket ship dates and obtain customer signatures before releasing materials
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales counter and merchandise displays
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships
- 1+ years of customer service or counter sales experience required
- Contractor sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of building materials or products sold in a wholesale distribution environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and order entry experience
- Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in a climate-controlled sales area and a non-climate-controlled warehouse
