Role:Business System Analyst with Anaplan
Location:Sunnyvale, CA
Duration:Long term


Duties:
Interview/collaborate with business stakeholder, identify business gaps, evaluate business process values and solve key business challenges through implementing either custom or off-the-shelf IT solutions.
Perform complex business and system analysis work, identify root cause of business challenge through data or business analysis. Properly address value proposition of the solutions.
Provide forward-thinking, long term technical solutions ranging from vendor evaluation & management, requirement gathering & analysis, solution implementation and postproduction support and enhancement following agile methodology.
Design technical solutions for product and project roadmap.
Work with UI & UX designers, Business stakeholders and Engineering teams to design, deliver and review wireframes, prototypes.
Drive certain initiatives in regular backlog grooming activities, prioritization, and sprint planning.
Work with cross-functional and global teams to through backlog grooming activities, prioritization, and sprint planning in some other project/product.
Advises solutions prepared by peers or supporting team. Champions good design practices and stand the course when needed.
Guides cross-functional teams and stakeholders through phases of requirements definition, design, development, testing and deployment.
Reports regularly back to with senior management level stakeholders and demonstrates value from realized projects/product.
Executes functional and system integration testing as per business requirements.
Contribute to the definition of user acceptance test scenarios and participate in User Acceptance testing during sprints and release preparation as needed.
Coordinates defects clarification, triage and coordinate resolution with engineering teams.


Skills: Experience with designing enterprise level custome application.
Experience with engaging UI/UX team and driving deliverables from iterations.
Project Management experience & driving new initiative forward.
Ability to pick up new skills fast.
Experience with Anaplan or custom reporting tool is a plus.
Keywords:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System or Similar
3 -5 years of Experience is a plus.
