Sr. Prin. Vascular Therapy Development Rep. - New Orleans

Medtronic seeks a Senior Principal Vascular Therapy Development Representative to drive adoption of vascular therapies in the New Orleans territory. The role combines account development, physician education, and clinical support to expand market share for new and existing vascular products.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of vascular therapies through market development and account growth strategies in assigned territory
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market share and build relationships with physicians and hospital decision-makers
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with sales objectives, growth targets, and account development goals
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on product applications, procedural workflow, and clinical benefits of vascular therapies
- Provide clinical and procedural support during cases while collaborating with sales partners to execute growth strategies
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 12+ years, or Associate's degree plus 10+ years, or Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences
- Proven experience developing new accounts and launching new products or therapies
- Track record of achieving sales targets and territory growth objectives
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or related healthcare field (preferred)
- 8+ years of medical device or capital equipment sales in hospital or procedural settings (preferred)
- Experience in vascular, cardiovascular, or interventional device markets (preferred)
