Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Miami, Florida, and involves delivering concierge-style medicine through house calls. We operate primarily during regular business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, ensuring that each patient's unique circumstances are considered.
• Design and implement individualized medication management plans, closely monitoring the effectiveness of prescribed treatments and adjusting as necessary.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care dynamics that foster improved mental and physical health outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients experiencing acute mental health distress, utilizing evidence-based methods to deliver immediate assistance.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
• Facilitate therapeutic counseling sessions and psychoeducation to empower patients and promote self-management strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential patient records in alignment with HIPAA guidelines, enabling continuity of care and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits
