Proven experience in a professional administrative or customer service role.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary for effective patient and team interaction.

Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact, warmly greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival and managing their check-in and check-out process.
Manage a dynamic patient schedule, handling appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recall management to optimize clinic workflow.
Answer and manage all incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
Verify patient insurance eligibility, manage financial arrangements, and process patient payments accurately.
Implement and consistently maintain established practice policies and administrative procedures.
Maintain and update accurate patient records and manage data entry into the practice management system.
Support a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the administrative team.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe reception area and working environment.

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
