We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Clinical and Administrative Dental Assistant to join our outstanding team as a Dental Office Floater. This part-time, dual-role position is approximately 70% back office and 30% front office—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork, and who is dedicated to both patient care and smooth office operations.

Pay

$25~$30 per hour

Requirements

1–2 years of dental assistant experience preferred
X-Ray Certification and Infection Control Certification required
Knowledge of dental assisting, sterilization, and PPE use
Skilled in multitasking with exceptional organizational skills
Friendly, dependable, and eager to help wherever needed
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Entry-level candidates with the right attitude and certification encouraged to apply

Job Description

Back Office (70%):
Assist with operatory turnover and maintain a clean, efficient treatment environment
Sterilize instruments and ensure operatories and sterilization areas are fully stocked
Support the main dental assistant and hygiene team during procedures
Take diagnostic dental X-rays
Assist hygiene with periodontal charting/probing
Help manage smooth patient flow throughout the day
Front Office (30%):
Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally
Assist with scheduling and maintaining a full hygiene schedule
Step in at the front desk as needed to support patient check-in/check-out
Provide administrative support when the regular front office team member is out
