Technical Program Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support custom manufacturing programs within a hardware-focused environment. The Technical Program Manager will lead high-touch, end-to-end program execution while working closely with demanding enterprise customers and internal engineering and manufacturing teams. Location and work model. The Technical Program Manager is a direct placement with the company and requires you to work in a hybrid model in Raleigh, NC, Santa Clara, CA, or Green Valley, PA. Responsibilities Own full lifecycle of custom manufacturing programs from kickoff through delivery Act as primary customer interface, managing expectations and relationships Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations Drive execution in fast-paced, high-change environments with shifting priorities Resolve conflicts and align internal capabilities with customer needs Requirements 4+ years of program management experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or hardware environments Proven ability to work in high-pressure, ambiguous environments Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution experience Background in custom or complex manufacturing programs preferred Willingness to travel 50–60% initially (PA/CA), tapering over time, plus 10–20% international (Mexico/China) Ability to be based in Valley Green, PA; Santa Clara, CA; or RTP, NC Compensation S$120,000 - $150,000 base salary Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
