Staff Accountant (Manufacturing)

Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $77,000.00/yr Atlantic Group is hiring a Staff Accountant (Manufacturing) in Montgomery County, PA for our client. In this hybrid role, you will support accounting operations across domestic and international entities, including month‑end close, reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparation. You will use Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream to prepare financial statements and maintain accurate records in a global manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for early‑career accountants seeking growth in a multinational setting. Responsibilities Month‑End Close: Prepare journal entries, complete reconciliations, and support accurate month‑end and quarter‑end close activities. General Ledger Management: Maintain workpapers and documentation for balance sheet and expense accounts across multiple domestic and international entities. Financial Reporting: Prepare internal financial statements in Microsoft Dynamics and support monthly reporting packages and consolidation work in OneStream. Analysis & Compliance: Analyze transactions, resolve discrepancies, and support tax provision, statutory filings, and regulatory documentation. Audit & Process Support: Assist with external audits, maintain accounting procedures and controls, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required (CPA preferred). Experience: 1-2 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally within manufacturing or public accounting. Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems, familiarity with OneStream, strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills. Industry Knowledge: Exposure to multinational corporate structures and foreign subsidiary financial statements preferred. Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively across departments.
