This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a track to partnership for the right candidate. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own client base while enjoying the quality of life that comes with living in a close-knit, family-friendly community.What You'll Do:Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.Assume responsibility for all phases of an assignment from planning to delivery of the financial statements and tax returns for small and medium sized engagements.Identify issues with clients' processes and controls, make recommendations for improvements.Maintain quality client relationships.What We're Looking For:Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experienceProven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skillsExcellent verbal and written communication—capable of translating complex financial data for a broad range of clients.Prior experience supervising or managing teams.A strong client service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.Farm tax experience is a plus, but not required.Audit experience is a plus, but not required.What Sets Us Apart:Busy Season Relief We know tax season can be intense—and we believe your career should support your life, not take it over.
