Working in close partnership with an interdisciplinary peer leadership team, this role ensures clinical services are aligned, collaborative, and centered on whole-person care. This role provides direct leadership to clinical managers and lead providers, ensures high standards of care and compliance, and translates organizational strategy into sustainable clinical operations. The Director of Clinic Operations facilitates and supports growth and sustainability of the designated programs, owns department-level budgets, leads the development of value-based care models, and establishes robust audit, monitoring, and quality assurance systems. This role also plays a critical role in staff relations, culture-building, and leadership development across clinical teams. This individual collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of philosophy, policies, procedures, and strategic goals of I Am Boundless. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or equivalent advanced degree. 5 or more years of progressive management or leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical services, or multi-disciplinary environments. Proven ability to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and align operations with organizational strategy. Strong understanding of healthcare quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Experience with value-based care models, quality measurement, or alternative payment structures. Budget management and financial oversight experience. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement and person-centered care.
