This role exists to protect inventory accuracy, drive productivity, and support zero-error loading so our customers get what they expect—every time. Key responsibilities include:Pick and build stable, accurate pallets for outbound deliveryUse RF scanning and basic inventory systems to verify product and quantitiesHandle materials safely to reduce breakage and prevent out-of-stocksMaintain strong safety habits and follow OSHA-aligned warehouse standardsRequired skills/qualifications:Safe material handling and pallet-building abilityBasic math for precise order fulfillmentPhysical stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbsTeamwork and practical problem-solvingForklift experience preferredReady to bring energy and accuracy to every pick? You'll plug into the rhythm of a high-velocity warehouse—scanners beeping, pallets moving, and orders lining up for delivery. Throughout the shift, you'll stay sharp on accuracy and pace, keeping product flowing while minimizing damage and surprises.
