Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements including master repurchase agreements and loan-on-loan credit agreements. Maintains client contact and stays current on industry trends.REQUIREMENTS:3–5 years experience in real estate credit/structured financeJ.D. degree, Massachusetts Bar admissionExpertise in structured finance documentation and real estate creditItems needed to apply: Cover letter, resume, law school transcript.
