Administrative Assistant

Position Details:

Client: Healthcare

Duration: 6-7-Month Contract

Pay Range: $35/hr. - $40/hr.

Location: Stanford, CA 94305 (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate domestic travel arrangements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, seminars, meetings, and other departmental events, including vendor coordination, logistics, materials, and budgets.
• Draft, edit, proofread, and fact-check correspondence, presentations, reports, grants, course materials, brochures, and other departmental documents.
• Respond to phone calls and email inquiries from physicians, researchers, staff, and other internal or external stakeholders, directing requests to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Assist with vendor selection, purchasing, equipment requests, and other departmental financial or operational activities.
