(USA) Area Manager Asset Protection - All DC/FC Location: Lancaster, TX Position Summary As Area Manager Asset Protection this role drives data collection, environmental compliance, operational excellence, partnership collaboration, safety, asset protection, training delivery, risk management, process improvement, communication, and transportation oversight across all Distribution Centers and Fulfillment Centers. Responsibilities Implement and oversee data collection modes, analytics, and technology changes to ensure accurate data quality. Operate environmental tools, assist in regulatory visits, prepare audit reports, and support pollution control and management. Explain operational functions, clarify role interdependencies, and identify primary operational tasks. Own delivery of project activities, support process updates, solve business issues, and demonstrate functional knowledge. Participate in OSHA and other safety inspections, maintain safety records, conduct root‑cause investigations, and implement audit findings. Monitor and investigate theft, vandalism, and security breaches; manage loss prevention records and access control procedures. Support training delivery, manage learner feedback, and utilize training lifecycles. Produce risk assessment and management reports, identify technology, security, and financial risks, and train employees on risk awareness. Define critical workflows, identify performance issues, lead process improvement initiatives, and provide countermeasure solutions. Communicate data‑driven insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Ensure transportation compliance, complete required documentation, evaluate performance metrics, and oversee transportation operations. Create and maintain high‑performing teams, foster belonging, and promote continuous learning and integrity. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2 years’ experience in Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. 2 years’ experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, WCM, or Lean Six Sigma within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments. Attendance and successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings. Preferred Qualifications One or more de‑greed certifications (Associate Safety Professional; Loss Prevention Certification; Certified Security Professional). 2 or more years of investigative or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse.
