Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ARRT (R)
• Certifications BLS (AHA) or BLS (ARC)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Radiography in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• EMR EPIC
• Skills Assessment RGR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of Unitypoint in the past 12 months.
• Additional Confirmations Proficient Operating Room experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency with GE OEC c-arm equipment is required.
• Additional Confirmations Fluoro experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Phillips equipment is required.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
