About the Position

Includes rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, and wound care. Must work 40 hours per week, with 5 shifts, including every other weekend. Clinical ratios are 1:18-20 in a 300-bed facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform medication passes accurately and safely. Monitor and report changes in resident condition. Complete documentation in a timely manner. Provide nursing care according to facility policies. Supervise CNAs on assigned units. Willingness to adapt to dynamic scheduling needs is essential. Modules need to be completed prior to assignment start date. Candidate must show flexibility and a positive attitude while working with diverse individuals. All shift personnel should report for duty 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes after their shift ends. RTO must be requested at the time of submission and cannot be adjusted after the offer. Call-outs should be notified more than 24 hours in advance. Compliance takes 1.5 to 2 weeks following submission requirements. First-time travelers are accepted, with 1 year of required experience. Clinical issues while on assignment can lead to further investigation and education.
