Qualifications:

Current, active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to deliver both direct therapy and indirect consultative services
Flexibility to adapt in-person, local, or travel (and potential virtual) assignments

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and advisory support to ensure comprehensive student care
Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
