Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid, active state license for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous school-based experience is strongly valued, but not required
- Aptitude for teamwork and open communication
- Confidence in delivering both direct therapy and consultative/indirect services
- Strong documentation and time management abilities
- Tech-savviness for possible virtual openings is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy to students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights for student progress
