• Provide assistance with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, train new team members or students, and uphold the lab's esteemed quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment, fully complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
