We are currently searching for a Scrum Master:

Client Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products through Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Guide teams in applying Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe guidelines to ensure teams maintain sprint commitments, velocity tracking, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Support estimation, PI Planning, story splitting, and capacity planning.
• Participate actively in Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and ART-level syncs.
• Align team deliverables with the Agile Release Train (ART) roadmap and coordinate dependencies with other teams, System Architects, and Product Management.
• Ensure compliance with SAFe processes, including ART readiness and inspect & adapt sessions.
• Coach the team on self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement while identifying and removing blockers.
• Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration, and drive the adoption of Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated testing).
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Experienced Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile expertise.
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products through Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.
• Experience driving the adoption of Agile engineering practices, specifically CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
