Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation focused on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Customer Communications Management (CCM).

This role will own the end-to-end delivery of a highly complex, multi-year program involving the migration of over 100M+ documents from legacy systems into new platforms. The Program Manager will drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives.

This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of technical program management and business leadership, with strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams, leadership, and external vendors. The pay rate for this role is $55-65hr depending on years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end program roadmap, including planning, sequencing, and execution

• Oversee multiple large-scale migration initiatives simultaneously

• Lead the migration of 110M+ documents into new enterprise systems

• Drive program health tracking, including metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Proactively identify and resolve blockers and escalations across teams

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clarity on:

• Lead business case development and prioritization of initiatives

• Work closely with change management teams to support communication and adoption strategies

• Provide executive-level communication and reporting on program progress

• Manage internal teams and external vendor partners in a matrixed environment

• Continuously evaluate and adjust the program roadmap to align with evolving priorities

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience

• Proven experience managing large, complex, enterprise-level programs

Hands-on experience with:

• System migrations and/or implementations

• Cross-functional program delivery

Strong ability to manage:

• Multiple workstreams and dependencies simultaneously

• Internal and external stakeholders across all levels

• Experience balancing technical delivery with business objectives (50/50 focus)

• Strong communication skills, including executive-level presentations

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

• Bachelor’s degree required
