Position Insight

We are on the lookout for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become an integral part of a thriving imaging team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, clearly explaining each step with kindness and clarity
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-standard diagnostic images
• Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring prompt communication of any malfunctions
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records within the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or an equivalent field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography training program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

• Strong technical knowledge in sonographic imaging techniques and correct patient positioning
