Work Environment

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a standard schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities using standardized assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on detailed evaluations, ensuring that each plan addresses the specific goals and needs of the patient.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and new technologies, to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
• Provide education and guidance to patients regarding body mechanics, posture, and strategies for injury prevention, fostering self-management and long-term well-being.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, document treatment efficacy, and adjust therapy plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehab, neurological disorders, and chronic pain syndromes. As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, from young athletes recovering from injuries to seniors seeking to regain independence. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating the ability to manage a diverse patient caseload.
• Proficiency in using advanced physical therapy tools and techniques, including therapeutic modalities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess rehabilitation needs and create effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, family members, and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is one year of experience in a similar role, we highly value candidates with a background that includes:

• Three to five years of clinical practice in a rehabilitation setting, enhancing your ability to respond to complex patient needs.
• Specialized training in specific therapy techniques such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or aquatic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
