Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist within our onsite Rehabilitation Center, you will thrive in an energetic and supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients based on their assessments, diagnoses, and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of hands-on therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Assess and monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding their conditions, treatment strategies, and self-management techniques to empower them in their recovery process.
• Maintain clear and open communication with patients and their families regarding treatment expectations, progress updates, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely, in accordance with standards set by the organization and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy or a related healthcare role is required.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and a passion for helping others.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation center or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (EMR) and documentation best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Flexi Rise offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
