Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR / Travel Recruiter located in Midtown, Houston . This position will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, managing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent for various roles. Responsibilities include delivering new hire orientation alongside other key human resources functions, working in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), including full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel domestically with little lead time and work long hours when needed
• Experience with startup accounts is a plus
• Must be able to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements
• Must be creative, think outside the box approach for creating opportunities for sourcing qualified applicants
• Experience with training delivery and onboarding presentations
• Proficiency in interpreting benefits and HR Policies in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in janitorial services is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Midtown Houston
