Recruiter

As a recruiter with DTK, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for various roles across the company. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, creatively source candidates, conduct interviews, and help manage the onboarding process. You will also help build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future job openings.

This is an on-site role that includes travel to local job sites. Remote work is not available.

Key responsibilities as a Recruiter include:

• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing and role requirements.
• Find candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Organize and manage interview schedules.
• Handle job offers and assist with onboarding.
• Keep recruitment databases and tracking systems updated.
• Ensure all hiring processes comply with legal, regulatory and company policies.

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for success in this role.
• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Agency experience or experience in high-volume janitorial, facility, or craft recruiting is preferred.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ethics, organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and recruitment software.
