Our Healthcare recruiting team in Houston, TX is growing!!!

We are looking to add a motivated individual to our team. The role is best-suited for a professional with a high level of drive, great relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a commission incentivized environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the desire to help our clients and candidates find the best career match. We are open to experienced recruiters or individuals changing careers that are looking for a sales driven role.

Responsibilities

• Source quality candidates for our clients using multiple recruiting tools
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person to gain a deep understanding of a candidate's experience and career goals.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Assist the sales team with client meetings
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Become an expert in healthcare revenue cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• This position is a hybrid schedule. Candidate must be willing to work 3 days in office.
