Recruiter – Professional & Technical Staffing

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven background sourcing and hiring professional-level candidates in technical and construction-related industries. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for direct hire placements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting Engineers, Designers, Construction Managers, Project Engineers, Schedulers, and other technical professionals, with the ability to effectively evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit for client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire positions
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, networking, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct candidate screening interviews via phone, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
• Evaluate resumes and technical backgrounds to determine candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Present qualified candidates with detailed screening notes and recommendations
• Ensure recruiting activities are completed in a timely and organized manner

Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting professional and technical personnel required
• Proven experience placing candidates on a direct hire basis
• Strong resume review and candidate evaluation skills
• Experience interviewing candidates through virtual platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Proficiency using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously

Compensation
