Key Responsibilities

• Direct the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure high-quality alignments and placements between specialized candidates and corporate clients.
• Conduct rigorous, structured interviews and provide candidates with comprehensive, professional preparation ahead of client interviews.
• Utilize diverse corporate sourcing channels to proactively identify top-tier talent and build a robust, sustainable candidate pipeline.
• Engage consistently with candidates post-placement to ensure a high-quality transition, onboarding success, and long-term professional relationship maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a structured corporate setting.
• Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for managing professional partnerships.
• A documented history of meeting or exceeding established performance indicators, demonstrating a strong results-oriented mindset.
