What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality critical care for ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
• Perform lab sticks, EKGs, and line starts for patient monitoring and treatment
• Float as needed across ICUs and occasionally to ED or PACU, including MS/PCU units with patient ratios up to 1:4
• Operate equipment such as Alaris IV Pumps, CADD PCA pumps, ventilators, dialysis machines, cardiac monitors, and more
• Manage complex patient needs with minimal supervision and ensure safety and compliance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid RN license for Louisiana or applicable state
• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications (CPI can be obtained at the facility for $100)
• Ability to care for isolation patients; knowing N95 mask size is recommended
