The AR Administrator will manage the AR department email inbox, as well as provide support to the AR team and Manager as needed. This role will engage in the development of process improvement and efficiencies while providing “Wow Them” service to clients and/or internal customers or co-workers. The AR administrator will be required to demonstrate strong written and verbal skills, possess the ability to prioritize tasks and be the face of the AR department to both the external and internal clients. Be an independent thinker and problem solver that will align with the delivery of business objectives and priorities. Roles and Responsibilities: Interact with both external and internal clients, responding to their requests and questions Perform new customer setup, account modifications along with customer credit evaluations according to company policies. Perform credit check requests and submit for approval Maintain customer accounts in accordance with GuidePoint’s policies & procedures Maintain new customer forms on shared drive and SalesForce. Complete requested ACH forms and other requested forms Responses must be in a timely manner and addressed upon request/daily Assist in identifying unapplied cash, such as obtaining remits, and assist in the refund process by obtaining banking details. Assist team members as needed or are instructed by managers. Contributing to or managing special projects as needed Establish and maintain positive relationships with cross functional teams Continually seeks opportunities for process improvement and continued efficiency Any additional responsibilities assigned by Manager Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent in work experience Minimum 5 years demonstrated office and/or AR related experience Excellent customer service communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate logically and succinctly; ability to work with all levels of management Attention to detail is a must with impeccable follow through and the ability to meet critical deadlines Expertise of ERP and accounting systems; experience with NetSuite ERP and SalesForce is preferred Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools Ability to work in a high-volume environment and manage daily tasks Familiar with the order to cash process Familiar with invoicing systems such as Ariba and Coupa Possesses the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts inpriorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Possesses problem solving skills and the ability to multitask Adhere to the GuidePoint code of ethics and core values Travel Requirements: Up to 10% Travel Physical Requirements: Sedentary work Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day Why GuidePoint?
