Construction Scheduler

Job Description Job Title: Construction Scheduler Type: Direct Hire Work Location: Onsite position in Woodlands, TX Job Overview We are seeking a P6 Scheduler for our construction team, based in The Woodlands TX. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and produce monthly reports for multiple projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management or a related field, 5+ years in scheduling, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will lead with independence, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery. A construction P6 scheduler builds and updates critical path method (CPM) project timelines using Oracle Primavera P6 software. Essential Job Responsibilities Create and manage detailed baseline schedules for commercial, civil, modular projects. Track site progress and input updates from field superintendents and project managers. Perform critical path analysis and identify potential project delays. Produce earned value, resource-loading, and cash flow reports. Exceptional written, verbal, and executive level communication skills. Highly developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk at a senior level. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software Job Requisition # 40361 A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
