Job Description We are seeking a highly capable Team Lead to oversee a multidisciplinary team supporting a U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) program focused on engineering processes, training development, and enterprise system support. This role blends leadership, technical oversight, and customer engagement, ensuring high-quality delivery across training, data analysis, and system sustainment efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in engineering support services, training program execution, and working within DHS/DoW environments.
