Position Care Partner – Full Time. Location: St. Charles, Missouri. Starting Wage: $17-22.75 per hour. Shift Schedule: Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, reliable, and engaged in daily care and community building. Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy – create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments. Generous Gift Giver – be present, share talents, and be dependable. Proactive – assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care). Qualifications At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Positive and energetic attitude; genuine love for residents. Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day. Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
