Restaurant Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our authentic Indian restaurant in Atlanta. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service is provided to our guests while also maintaining efficient and profitable operations. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, training, budgeting, inventory management and customer service. Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient dining experience for guests. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with our high standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials. Manage staff schedules and ensure proper coverage during peak hours. Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures and standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner. Monitor expenses and control costs to meet budgetary goals. Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment. In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques and culture. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Proven track record of achieving financial targets through effective cost management strategies. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Salary & Benefits Salary for this position is $1300 per month. We also offer benefits such as accommodation for non-local candidates.
