Gerente de Cuenta - Miembro del Equipo de Agente de State Farm Aplicar Tiempo completo George Wernery State Farm está buscando un Gerente de Cuentas altamente motivado y orientado a las ventas, que prospere en cerrar negocios, construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes y generar producción consistente. Este rol es ideal para un profesional de seguros con licencia que se sienta seguro liderando conversaciones de ventas y esté motivado por ingresos basados en el rendimiento. Calificaciones Se prefiere licencia activa de propiedad y accidentes (proporcionamos apoyo completo si no está licenciado) Licencia de Vida y Salud preferida Se prefiere experiencia en State Farm, pero no es obligatoria. Historial comprobado de cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas Habilidades fuertes de comunicación, persuasión y creación de relaciones. Manejar objeciones de manera cómoda y pedir la venta con confianza. Generar y cerrar proactivamente nuevos negocios en seguros de auto, hogar, inquilinos y vida. Realizar revisiones de pólizas basadas en necesidades para descubrir brechas de cobertura y oportunidades de venta cruzada. Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes que fomenten la retención y las referencias. Recomendar, explicar y vender soluciones de seguro de manera confiada tanto a clientes potenciales cálidos como fríos. Manejar preocupaciones complejas de los clientes mientras se mantiene un fuerte enfoque en la producción. Rastrear la actividad del pipeline y trabajar constantemente para cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas. #J-18808-Ljbffr State Farm
