Position Overview

The Marketing & Content Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing content across all Chamber marketing platforms. This role leads the creation and coordination of engaging, brand-aligned content for digital, social, web, and print to support the Chamber’s communications strategy. This position also collaborates closely across the Chamber’s events, programs, and sponsorship efforts to ensure timely and consistent messaging.

Job Description

• Create and manage a content calendar across social media, email, and web.
• Write and edit content that promotes Chamber programs and events.
• Help coordinate graphics, photos, and videos with the marketing team.
• Support event promotion and marketing efforts.
• Track and report on content performance (engagement, reach, etc.).
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style.
• Attend occasional early morning or evening events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience leading complex projects and managing a multifunctional team.
• Excellent writing skills; detail oriented
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Teams, Canva, Adobe, etc.
• Actively looks for opportunities to improve processes and shares these ideas.
• Experience with social media and basic photo/video editing
